Shining a light on one of KC’s incredible Educators … Kosha
Working in Early Childhood Education since 2012, Kosha commenced as an Educator Assistant at Kids Cottage over 5 years ago. Completing her Diploma of Early Childhood and Care Kosha is our Lead Educator, that cares, educates and mentors with passion.
Embracing a holistic approach to children’s learning, Kosha is driven to continually learn about latest research and how contemporary approaches can be embedded into KC’s practices.
Kosha is a natural leader that has further developed her skills and expertise to be KC’s Educational leader. In this role Kosha harnesses her passion to mentor and guide KC’s educators to develop programs that support and nurture children’s learning and wellbeing.
Kosha has been an integral part of the KC evolution as we adapted our offerings from all age long day care to an extended hours preschool. Kosha has championed many initiatives within KC that have gained wide recognition including winning awards including Parramatta Council NAIDOC week, STEM and sustainability awards.
Ever the adventurer, in her spare time, Kosha loves discovering new and interesting places to explore in Sydney. She also loves spending time with her husband and son, cooking and gardening.
